TypeScript不能正确编译

我从这里下载了Typescript + AngularJS的例子:http://todomvc.com/examples/typescript-angular/#/

问题是，每次我用Visual Studio构建，似乎引用不编译。但是如果我在cmd中运行编译器，tsc --out参数一切都很好。我不明白我哪里做错了。本例以_all.ts引用文件为例。这有什么问题吗?我已经尝试将此文件移动到根文件夹或重命名它，但这也不起作用。
